My daughter broke my mother-in-law‘s iPad screen. We took it there to get fixed. I went to go pick it up so I could pay for it. The young gentleman was having troubles finding it in the system. It was saying something funky. A couple walked in and the lady was instantly a B Huff and puffed because I was in there for a solid, maybe 10 minutes at the most, but she wasn’t helped yet because there was one singular person working he did absolutely awesome. You could tell he was kind of annoyed of the lady already, but he was professional. He was actually super quick and he did a phenomenal job customer service wise. The iPad looks awesome whether he did it or not. Thank you guys so much will be back if I need to again. ~ Leah D

TOP NOTCH service!!!! I came to the Phil's store with my teenage son. My son recieved a flip phone for an early Christmas gift, that he wanted so desperately. After trying to figure out how to setup new service on his phone without success, I contacted Phil personally asking if there was anyway he or one of his super genius techs could help us out. Wow! We had the great pleasure of having Thomas as our tech. He was EXTREMELY patient as he navigated threw the system via voice prompts on the service line. I would have given up honestly..... I was frustrated FOR him lol. But, he didn't give up, knew exactly what to do, and within 15 mins, my son finally got cell service on his new flip phone. I was so happy and so was my son. Phil and all of his employees are absolutely great! There hasn’t been a time I’ve gone in there and left disappointed or my problem not solved. Very friendly and just an amazing place. I could give them 5 stars alone on their fast service as well. Anything I’ve taken in there has always been done in such a timely manner. I could not be more impressed with the wonderful service from Braeden and the team. My husband's phone had locked up (thanks Samsung) and no help was offered by Samsung except the factory restore. Braeden had it done in mere moments. He also pulled the contacts list from the older phone as we were losing everything. And then he stated there was no charge. We are beyond grateful. ~ Donna H

Called ahead to let them know I needed a whole screen replacement for my daughters phone. They had to order the part. (No big deal) I dropped the phone off 2 days later and it was ready in 2 hours! Could ask for better service. Thanks Brayden and team! ~ Misty S

Stopped in today because I was having issues with my charging port on a iPhone, the tech was very friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable. Had my charging port cleaned FOR FREE and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone for any repairs you may need. ~ Blake P

Philip and his team are great, they've been fixing our devices for years and there's really nothing they haven't been able to repair. Whether it was just a simple screen crack on a phone or a motherboard issue on our Playstation 5, they've always been on it. Really happy with these guys! ~ Tony T
